My name is Tareyn Onderko. I am a registered nurse with a background in women's health nursing. I am passionate about educating others to enable them to live happier, healthier lives without the use of artificial hormones and devices. With the use of the Marquette Method, knowledge of your fertility is in your hands!

The Marquette Method is a form of Natural Family Planning (NFP) that utilizes urine hormone tests and a simple algorithm to assist couples in pinpointing their fertile window. With this knowledge, the couple is able to choose whether they would like to achieve or avoid pregnancy.
